Camping

One of the foremost parts about Scouting is camping! At 11th Edgware, we hold a number of camps each year –

Winter Camp – a weekend camp usually held somewhere quite local in December or January (indoors!).

Spring Camp – a long weekend camp usually held over the late May Bank Holiday weekend in tents.

Summer Camp – Scouts – a longer camp for Scouts only under canvas (and sometimes abroad!).

Summer Camp – Cubs – for Cubs only in tents.

Micro-adventure camps – one night camps for all Sections in the local area (sometimes in tents!).

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
